Repeat prescriptions are medications which appear on the reverse of your prescription which your doctor would like you to continue on a regular basis.
Important: Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak, we strongly recommend that all patients who have not nominated a pharmacist, contact the practice to do so. This is very easy to do, and means that once requested, your prescription will be sent directly to your pharmacy for you to collect within 48 hours.
How to request a Repeat Prescription
Repeat prescriptions may be ordered in several ways:
You can order your repeat prescriptions via Systm Online on a computer, ipad or a phone APP. The surgery will give you a log in and password to access this.
Using Your Smartphone or Tablet
You can order your repeat prescriptions using the NHS App. You can register for this service directly within the app, and do not need to attend surgery (your identity will be verified in app)

For Android users click here.
More information on the NHS App can be found here.
Due to the recent coronavirus outbreak, we strongly recommend that patients DO NOT submit prescription requests in person. If you are unable to access online services, you can either contact your pharmacy, who may submit your prescription request on your behalf, or contact the surgery by telephone on 020 8997 4661, and a team member will take your request over the phone. If there are any specific reasons you are unable to this, you may, as a last resort, post your prescription request into the secure letterbox to the right of the front door.
